La Fédération nationale des orthophonistes (FNO) mobilise les citoyens pour améliorer l’accès aux soins en orthophonie.
Il n’est pas rare de devoir attendre plus d’un an pour obtenir un rendez-vous avec une orthophoniste et les listes d’attente s’allongent… Cette situation pose un problème de santé publique, avec un risque accru pour les publics fragiles.
Les orthophonistes sont également impactés, ils souffrent de ne plus pouvoir accueillir et accompagner aussi bien qu’ils le voudraient les interrogations et les besoins du public.
Pour remédier à cette situation, la FNO lance le 28 novembre une pétition et une série d’actions locales. Face au silence du gouvernement : un appel à mobilisation générale !
Les délais d’attente traduisent un besoin d’orthophonie croissant au sein de la population, mais ils tiennent pour beaucoup de décisions politiques, alors que le « virage ambulatoire » a dirigé un surcroit de patients vers les cabinets des professionnels libéraux, l’État n’a pas décidé de former plus de nouveaux professionnels, ce qui amplifie la pénurie. Parallèlement, il y a de moins en moins d’orthophonistes dans les hôpitaux et les établissements médico-sociaux, les salaires n’étant pas attractifs, sans lien avec le niveau de formation, de compétences et de responsabilités des orthophonistes.
Pour résoudre cette situation de tension, la FNO avait, en 2018, formulé 20 propositions adressées au ministère de la Santé, sans réponse malgré de nombreuses sollicitations.
28 novembre : agir malgré l’état d’urgence sanitaire
Le 28 mars dernier, une grande journée de mobilisation était prévue, avec des évènements partout en France. La crise sanitaire en a décidé autrement. Les cabinets libéraux sont restés fermés de longues semaines, mais la FNO a obtenu la téléorthophonie pour permettre la continuité des prises en charges orthophoniques.
Lors de ce second confinement, les cabinets pourront accueillir des patients moyennant le respect des mesures de sécurité sanitaire. Les orthophonistes savent que les retards de prise en charge impactent lourdement les rééducation de leurs patients.
Le 28 novembre, une nouvelle journée de mobilisation est prévue. Il ne sera pas possible d’organiser des évènements de prévention, comme prévu. Mais les orthophonistes diffuseront des affiches et des vidéos, et une pétition pour obtenir une augmentation du nombre d’étudiants en orthophonie et la création de postes en établissements de santé et médico-sociaux, avec une rémunération et un statut en phase avec le niveau de diplôme (Bac+5).
Le mois dernier, nous vous avons expliqué comment les concours 2020-2021 allaient se dérouler. Mais qu’en est-il d’e-orthophonie* dans tout ça ? Devez-vous être accompagnée ? Une prépa est-elle toujours utile ? Voilà beaucoup de questions que vous vous posez et nous allons y répondre en détail.
Comme nous vous l’avons indiqué, contrairement à ce que beaucoup de personnes disent, il y a toujours un concours, avec un numerus clausus drastique. Pourtant, davantage de candidats se sont présentés en 2020, ce qui rend l’accès aux études en orthophonie encore plus sélectif. Notre préparation se veut donc flexible et qualitative. Toutes les matières que vous aurez lors des nouvelles épreuves d’admission sont abordées : linguistique, expression de la langue française, tests psychotechniques, biologie, anatomie, physiologie et connaissance du métier d’orthophoniste. Cette préparation complète est essentielle pour construire vos connaissances théoriques. Elle regroupe l’ensemble des notions qui seront à maîtriser lors des oraux. Ces derniers seront inévitablement plus poussés étant donné que vos connaissances en sciences, en linguistique, ou plus généralement en expression, ne sont plus évaluées lors d’épreuves écrites d’admissibilité (remplacées par l’admissibilité sur dossier Parcoursup). Il faudra donc s’y préparer en conséquence, mais nous sommes là pour ça. Nous valoriserons d’ailleurs votre expression de la langue française grâce à la Certification Le Robert, seule certification globale reconnue (inscription via notre plateforme). Le certificat sera à joindre à votre dossier.
Durant l’année, vous aurez 3 grandes unités pédagogiques (UP) et 12 concours blancs qui couvrent l’intégralité des notions à maîtriser lors des oraux (4 par UP). Nous vous fournirons, chaque trimestre, un découpage des cours détaillé et soigneusement conçu. Nous aborderons ainsi l’intégralité du programme des centres de formations en orthophonie (CFUO). Nos 3 UP sont respectivement composées :
de 6 à 12 fascicules thématiques sur toutes les matières,
de 50 à 85 cours audio,
de 6 à 10 cours vidéo,
de 10 à 15 quiz interactifs,
de 10 listes de vocabulaire à apprendre par coeur ainsi qu’un exemplaire vierge pour réciter chez vous,
de 10 extraits d’histoires ou d’ouvrages en lien avec la profession pour travailler la culture spécifique du métier,
de 30 exercices en version PDF à télécharger pour vous entraîner.
Ces UP sont complétées au fil de l’année avec des webinaires « en live » (cours en visioconférence) sur un thème précis. Le but est de vous fournir un accompagnement optimal, toujours plus proche des attentes des différents CFUO. Vous aurez aussi la possibilité de prendre des cours particuliers en visioconférence « à la demande » vous permettant d’être accompagnée sur la méthode et sur le contenu. Vous réaliserez également 4 concours blancs (CB) par trimestre. Ce sont de véritables mises en situation qui vous permettront de consolider vos acquis. Ils couvrent l’intégralité des notions à maitriser lors des épreuves d’admission. Tous les devoirs font l’objet d’une correction individuelle et commentée. Pour chaque CB, vous bénéficierez d’un bilan sur la qualité de vos connaissances, vos points forts et les axes d’amélioration à suivre pour répondre aux attentes des CFUO. Nos formateurs échangeront avec vous à l’issue de chaque évaluation afin de vous orienter sur le travail à fournir.
Lors de ces unités pédagogiques, nous proposons un accompagnement personnalisé dans la constitution de votre dossier Parcoursup. Des stages et des rencontres avec des professionnels vous permettront d’affiner votre représentation du métier pour renforcer votre candidature. Notre préparation repose sur un suivi pas à pas jusqu’à la validation définitive de votre dossier. Nous construirons avec vous un « projet de formation motivé » pertinent, afin que vous soyez sélectionnée. Vous serez suivie par un professionnel du recrutement et de la communication, spécialisé dans les entretiens de sélection d’entrée en CFUO. Vous travaillerez ainsi tous les aspects fondamentaux des oraux d’admission. Afin de progresser et de mettre en application les conseils qui vous sont donnés, vous bénéficierez de nombreux exercices interactifs, de supports écrits, de cours audio, de vidéos et d’interviews de professionnels. Ils vous permettront d’avancer significativement dans votre préparation.
